Ingredients:
- 100g or 1/2 cup milk
- 100g or 7tbs unsalted/salted butter
- 100g or 1 cup flour (低筋)
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg white
- 100g or 1/2 cup Sugar
- Vanilla extract or lemon juice
Instruction:
- Heat oven at 300F. Place a pan with water in the oven.
- Melt milk and butter on pot in low heat.
- Then mix well with flour.
- Then add in the egg yolks and mix well.
- Beat eggs white and gradually add in the sugar. Add lemon juice or vanilla extract. Beat till firm peak.
- Then fold the egg white into the ingredients in 3 batches.
- Bake at 300 F for 1 hour.
