Ingredients A:
- Potatoes, sweet potato, pumpkin, few tomatoes (can add jicama)
- Lemon glass
- Turmeric
- Curry powder
Instruction:
1. Cook all types of potatoes and tomatoes till soft. 30-40 minutes
2. Blend all ingredients in a mixer and then cook in pot.
3. Add little tapioca flour for thickening.
4. Add read curry powder, salt, mushroom extract to taste
- Fried potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins
- Friend tempura with tempura flour, all purpose flour, bean sprout, turmeric, curry powder
- Lemon or lime
- Fried tofu
- Bean sprouts
- Yellow noodles
- Peanut powder
