- 16 ozs of orzo pasta (or 1 box of 1 lb Barilla Orzo)
- 16 ozs frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans, corn)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup milk
Directions:
- Cook orzo according to package directions.
- Drain pasta a little, leave some water.
- Add butter, milk and mozzarella cheese. Stir.
- Add thawed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Add cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
