- 1 cup of all purpose flour (use soy flour for wheat/gluten free)
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- 10 oz package of frozen spinach (or broccoli)
- 1-2 cups of mushroom (if desired)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ stick of melted butter
Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients, except melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into a pan.
- Pour the melted butter on top of the mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
